Book the “Designed, Not Drained” keynote

Hi! I’m Mollie

I currently serve as a higher education executive, researcher, and consultant focused on helping leaders build workplaces where people communicate openly, solve problems effectively, and thrive by activating the strengths already present in their teams and systems.

My work bridges systems thinking, civility, leadership development, and organizational resilience. Through my doctoral research and ongoing study of strengths-based leadership and culture, my work centers on one core question:

How can leaders design and activate systems that recognize and see their teams strengths, support healthy relationships, and consistently meet or exceed organizational goals?
